Mimosa Sunday!

This morning we celebrate with Mimosa's and Avery off the lights! The nurse came by and took away the equipment and Josh and I couldn't be happier. Finally I get to dress the baby in something cute and get back on "her" schedule instead of the Bilibed. We actually got approx 6 1/2 hours of sleep last night too....thanks to Avery sleeping comfortably and not tied down. Thank you to everyone for their kind words of encouragement.

Just caught up on the blog as I've been out of town... sorry you two had to go through all that! I'm glad to hear that things have improved and that baby and baby momma are doing much better. If you two (three) need anything, or any east side of the lake imports, let me know!!!

Glad to hear the chittlin is showing marked improvement and the tanning booth is gone. I still think she'll have a weird de ja vu experience when she is 18 and going to her first tanning bed. But I digress...

Jeff, usually when you digress you start talking about what you were talking about before you went off tangent. In this instance it appears that you were talking about nothing so I guess it is apt. Good job Avery! Way to kick it! Mama just wanted you to get better and stop making her worry sick. She also wanted to dress you in something cute. Be prepared to be dressed about 15 times a day!

Steve, I bet you are happy to have someone that actually understands your level of gibberish.

I bet you had to look up the word digress before you laid down some smack didn't you? LOL

I think that it is funny that we are using this forum to lay our 'smack' down.

And no, I do know a few things about things called 'words.' You should check them out sometime.

Love you!
